Dave Shearer, RMP® is the Owner and Broker in Charge and has obtained the (Residential Management Professional) designation from NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Dave has been managing and selling investment properties in the Charlotte area since 2002. Dave was the Charlotte Regional Chapter President for NARPM in 2009
Andrew Shearer (Dave’s son) also holds a NC Broker’s license and has managed properties in Charlotte since 2005.
George Cook (Andrew’s Father in Law) is our Maintenance Manager
